Oat n Berry Oatmeal
You’ll need:
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup egg whites
1/2 scoop protein powder (I use Beyond yourself Vegan Protein)
2 teaspoons chia seeds
1/2 cup frozen berries
The method:Bring 1/2 cup water to a boil over medium- high heat
Add in 1/2 cup oats, let sit for 1 minute until the oats begin to cook
Slowly stir in your protein powder and chia seeds
Bring the heat down to medium / low
Slowly pour in egg whites while stirring
Once 90% cooked- you can add water to desired consistency
Add sweetener of choice (I use stevia OR ED smith sugar free syrup
Top with 1/2 cup berries (frozen or fresh)
