Oat n Berry Oatmeal

You’ll need:

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 1/2 cup egg whites

  • 1/2 scoop protein powder (I use Beyond yourself Vegan Protein)

  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup frozen berries

    The method:

  • Bring 1/2 cup water to a boil over medium- high heat

  • Add in 1/2 cup oats, let sit for 1 minute until the oats begin to cook

  • Slowly stir in your protein powder and chia seeds

  • Bring the heat down to medium / low

  • Slowly pour in egg whites while stirring

  • Once 90% cooked- you can add water to desired consistency

  • Add sweetener of choice (I use stevia OR ED smith sugar free syrup

  • Top with 1/2 cup berries (frozen or fresh)

    Macros:
    360 calories, 30g protein
