Berry Yogurt n Cereal Bowl

You’ll need:

  • 100g plain 0% fat greek yogurt

  • 80g cup frozen berries

  • 80g fresh berries

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 2 teaspoons sweetener of choice (optional)

  • 15g special K

The method:

  • Blend 1/2 cup almond milk with 1/2 cup frozen berries

  • Place 1/2 cup yogurt in a small bowl and pour blended mixture in, folding it as you go (It should turn into a smooth consistency)

  • Add sweetener of choice

  • Top with 1/2 cup fresh berries

  • Top with cereal of choice

Macros:

210 calories: 34g carbs, 14g protein, 2g fat
