Berry Yogurt n Cereal Bowl
You’ll need:
100g plain 0% fat greek yogurt
80g cup frozen berries
80g fresh berries
1/2 cup almond milk
2 teaspoons sweetener of choice (optional)
15g special K
The method:
Blend 1/2 cup almond milk with 1/2 cup frozen berries
Place 1/2 cup yogurt in a small bowl and pour blended mixture in, folding it as you go (It should turn into a smooth consistency)
Add sweetener of choice
Top with 1/2 cup fresh berries
Top with cereal of choice
