Bagel & Egg Whites

You’ll need:

  • 150ml cup egg whites

  • 50g avocado

  • 1 whole grain bagel

  • 1 tsp coconut oil

  • Spices of choice

The method:

  • Heat pan over medium-high heat

  • Add 1 tsp oil to pan

  • Pour egg whites, let cook and flip

  • Toast bagel

  • Top bagel with avocado

  • Top egg whites over bagel & add spices of choice

Macros:

370 calories: 45g carbs, 18g protein, 13g fat
