Bagel & Egg Whites
You’ll need:
150ml cup egg whites
50g avocado
1 whole grain bagel
1 tsp coconut oil
Spices of choice
The method:
Heat pan over medium-high heat
Add 1 tsp oil to pan
Pour egg whites, let cook and flip
Toast bagel
Top bagel with avocado
Top egg whites over bagel & add spices of choice
